For the first time since the recession, the combination of low unemployment and economic growth has put job seekers back in the driver’s seat.

Orange County’s low 4.4 percent jobless rate and growth across many industries is causing companies to bump up their head counts. If you’re looking for work, you may have your pick of openings.

Ryan Kahn, a career coach at The Hired Group in Los Angeles, says he sees it happening for young college graduates who are looking for entry-level positions in the entertainment industry.
